A RESOLUTION APPROVING
LIQUOR L CENSE RENEWALS FOR 2003-2004

WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes Cha[ ter 340A authorizes the City to issue on and off sale liquor and
3.2 licenses, Sunday licer ses and club licenses; and
WHEREAS, Prior Lake City Code sets forth the application process for such licenses; and
WHEREAS, applicants have submitte¢ liquor license applications as set forth in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS, each of the liquor licens~ has been investigated and approved by the Prior Lake Police
Department; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Prior L~ City Code section 301.600 "no license shall be granted for
operation on any premis ~,s on which taxes, assessments or other financial claims of the
City are delinquent or un aid'.
NOWTHEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~ D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA that:
1. The recitals set forth above are in(orporated herein.
2. Exhibit A referenced above are inc 3rporated herein if fully set forth.
3. The liquor licenses for the premis~ set forth in Exhibit A are hereby approved for the period July 1,
2003 to June 30, 2004, and;
4. All premises shall comply with P~ )r Lake City Code 301.600 no later than June 30, 3004 to be
eligible for licensure.
