PRESENTATION: The Prior Lake-Spring Lake Watershed has been engaged in an effort to
complete two important studies. The first is an Outlet Structure Modification
Feasibility Study. The second is an Outlet Channel Feasibility Analysis.
Paul Nelson will be present at this evening's meeting to summarize the results of
both studies for the City Council. He will also address the financial and policy
implications of each study.
Councilmembers should hear Mr. Nelson's report and ask any questions or solicit
additional information it desires.
