A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF "EAGLE CREEK VILLAS" AND DEVELOPERS
AGREEMENT AND SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO RELEASE OF THE
FINAL PLAT

WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Eagle Creek Villas on May
20, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the final plat of Eagle Creek Villas In substantial compliance with the
preliminary plat,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VEn BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE that it does hereby
approve the final plat of Eagle Creek Villas, provided that the following conditions be satisfied prior to release of,
and recording of said plat:
I. A current title opinion or commitment of title insurance be submitted for review and approval by the City
Attorney.
2. All fees shall be paid prior to release of the final plat mylars.
3. Reductions of the entire final plat shall be submitted at the following scales: I "=800'; I "=200'; and one
reduction at no scale which fits onto an 8.5" by 11" sheet of paper.
4. Four mylar sets of the final plat with all required signatures shall be submitted.
5. The developer shall provide surety in the amount specified in the developers agreement in a form acceptable to
the City Attorney.
6. The developer shall revise the drainage plan to provide for an emergency overflow swale to cross Priorwood
Street.
