That part of the SOutheast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2,
Township 114, Range 22, Scott County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Commencing at a point 33.00 feet south of tqe center line of Pleasant Avenue as
shown on the plat of West Side Addition to Prior Lake, and 589.5 feet West of the
north and south Quarter section line thru said section 2~ thence southerly at an
angle of 89 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds (as measured east to south from the
centerline of said Pleasant Avenue) a distance of 150.00 feet~ thence easterly
parallel with said Pleasant Avenue a distance of 95.00 feet to the point of
beginning of the land to be described~ thence continuing easterly parallel with
