RE: Amendment to DNR Permit #1989 -6275, Watersedge Marina, Lower Prior Lake ( #70 -26P)
Dear Mr. Overbye:
t a S
Enclosed is revised DNR Permit #1989 -6275, authorizing a docking facility at the Watersedge Marina, as
previously permitted on December 28, 2011. We are administratively amending the permit because
mistake(s) were made in the authorized work language. Note that the current authorized dock layout was
identified in the November 1, 2010 request. The very same layout was previously sent out for review and
comment.
Permit 41989 -6275 authorizes Watersedge Marina to retain 100' wide permanent floating dock at end of'
343' -feet long by 44 -feet wide dock with slips for 50 watercraft; all as shown on Watersedge Marina
amendment request, dated November 1, 2010. Please read the terms and conditions of your permit
carefully. In particular, please note special provisions numbered 13 -15 regarding maintenance,
reconfiguration and materials in which the dock may be constructed.
If you have any questions about your permit, please call Area Hydrologist, Craig Wills at 651- 259 -5757
