I have forwarded the drawings for each of the tower sites which Verizon plans improvements on to Kelly Mulhern with KLM Engineering. Kelly mentioned that we should have them at a minimum review the drawings. He plans to send me a proposal for services for each site. Once I receive them I will forward them on to your attention. The Tower Street work shouldn't cost as much as the Cedarwood site in my opinion. I have yet reviewed the Verizon upgrades and comments for the Wilds Golf course mono pole. When will these items be discuss at a DRC meeting? The existing Verizon antennas are located on top of an existing steel water tower located in Prior Lake, Minnesota. A total of fifteen antennas divided into three sectors of five antennas each are supported by steel angle frames which are resting on top of the tank and laterally attached to steel safety railings. One existing 95" tall antenna in each sector is proposed to be replaced with one new 101" tall antenna. Weight of the new antennas is slightly lighter than the existing antennas. Sizes of the new antennas are slightly larger than the existing antennas. The new antennas will be mounted on the existing steel pipes Review of the structural impacts from the antenna replacement on the existing support framing has been perFormed and the existing support framings are adequate. Would you agree that we should wait until the new drawings from Design 1 are reviewed by KLM before the building permit is issued? Re Tower project; The latest correspondence I have for Tower is the KLM letter dated 8/3/09 asking for revisions to the Design 1 drawings dated 8/06/09 also the A1 drawings that I have are not signed. To my knowledge their have been no updated drawings submitted to KLM for their review. As such, the building permits for both Cedarwood and Tower have not been issued until I received your signoff.
