RE: Building Permit Number 09-0683 Final Notice
In review of the building permit files it was discovered there is an open building permit for basement finish. The
City would like you cooperation to schedule a status inspection. Please call by March 18, 2011 to set up the
inspection. If there has beeiZ no contact by March 18, 2011 the City will deein the permit abandoned and invalid
per State Buildi�g Code R105.3.2. This will be recorded in the peimanent public record. Any additional work
will require new permits. �
