ADDITIONAL COMMENTS FOR BUILDTNG PERMIT APPLICATIONS
• Surface storm water drainage flowing to the perimeter of this lot to
and from ad joining properties must be conveyed to the roadway
and/or to the rear of the lofi in drainage swales within the-drainage
easement.
. Ail bare soil areas musfi be protecfied from eroding into neighboring
properties through the praperly installed anci mainfiQined silfi fence or
bales.
• The silfi fence required by the erosion control plan must be instaaled
prior to any earthwork being started.
• The builder is respansible for maintaining the erosion controt
measures until the turf is established.
� The rock construcfiion entrance must be installed afi the time of
backfilling of the foundation.
