I've attached a signed copy of the sign permit application, signed by Mr. Mike Whalen, and a copy of the site
plan. The sign is Sign C.

Re: Sign permit application, EFH Co. tenant monument sign, 6880 Boudin Street
Dear Jeff:
I have enclosed a sign permit application for a tenant monument sign to be located at 6880 Boudin
Street. Also enclosed is an illustration of the sign to be installed as well as an approved drawing by
EFH Co.
The sign cabinet dimensions are 108" tall by 66" wide by 18" deep and will be installed on an
existing stone base that is 16" tall on the east end and 8" tall on the west end.
