HomeMy WebLinkAbout00-55 RESOLUTION 00-55 RESOLUTION OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT OF "CARLSON'S lST ADDITION" AND SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO RELEASE OF THE FINAL PLAT. MOTION BY: PETERSEN SECOND BY: GUNDLACH WHEREAS: on April 17, 2000, the City Council approved the preliminary plat known as Carlson's 1st Addition, subject to conditions identified by Resolution 00-31; and WHEREAS: the City Council has found that the final plat of "Carlson's 1st Addition" is in substantial compliance with the approved preliminary plat; and WHEREAS: The City Council has received a request for approval of the final plat of "Carlson's 1st Addition". NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the final plat subject to the requirement that the following conditions be met, prior to release of, and recording of said plat: 1. Reductions of the entire final plat be submitted, to the following scales: 1" = 800'; 1" = 200'; and one reduction at no scale which fits onto an 81/2" x 11" sheet of paper. 2, Four mylar sets of the final plat with all required signatures be submitted. 3. The final plat and all pertinent documents must be filed with Scott County within 60 days from the date of final plat approval. Failure to record the documents by September 17, 2000, will render the final plat null and void. Passed and adopted this 17th day of July, 2000. These plans will be stamped with the final approval information. One set will be maintained as the official PUD record. The second set will be returned to the developer for their files. f) Upon recording of the final plat, the developer must convey Outlot I to the City. The access easement and indemnification agreements must be signed prior to final plat approval. 3. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein.
