RESOLUTION OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY COUNCIL APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
"DEERFIELD", "DEERFIELD 2ND ADDITION" AND "DEERFIELD 3RD ADDITION" AND
DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT AND SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
RELEASE OF THE FINAL PLAT.

WHEREAS: on January 18, 2000, the City Council approved the preliminary plat known as
Deer'field, subject to conditions identified by Resolution 00-08; and
WHEREAS: the City Council has found that the final plats of "Deerfield", Deerfield 2nd Addition"
and "Deerfield 3rd Addition" are in substantial compliance with the approved
preliminary plat; and
WHEREAS: The City Council has approved the final plats of "Deerfield", Deerfield 2nd Addition"
and "Deerfield 3rd Addition".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR
LAKE, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does require the following conditions to be met, prior to
release of, and recording of said plat:
1. A current title opinion or commitment of title insurance be submitted acceptable to the City Attorney.
2. Payment of all fees prior to release of the final plat mylars.
3. Reductions of the entire final plat be submitted, to the following scales: 1" = 800'; 1" = 200'; and one
reduction at no scale which fits onto an 81/2" x 11" sheet of paper.
4. Four mylar sets of the final plat with all required signatures be submitted.
5. The developer provide financial security, acceptable to the City Engineer prior to release of the final
plat mylars.
6. The final plat and all pertinent documents must be filed with Scott County within 60 days from the
date of final plat approval. Failure to record the documents by September 17, 2000, will render the
final plat null and void.
Passed and adopted this 17th day of July, 2000.

e) A grading permit is issued and all storm water improvements on and off-site must be
completed prior to issuance of a building permit. In lieu of completion of this work, the
developer may submit a LOC. for 125% of the cost of improvements with the building
permit.
f) A building permit is issued and construction begins.
g) All work is completed and the City issues a Certificate of Occupancy.
6. Based upon the Findings and Conditions set forth above, the City Council hereby grants a
Conditional Use Permit for Affordable Housing Solutions Inc. The contents of Planning Case
File #00-010 are hereby entered into and made a part of the public record and the record of
the decision for this case.
