A RESOLUTON APPROVING SALARY ADJUSTMENTS
AND BENEFITS FOR NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES
FOR THE YEAR 2001
WHEREAS,
Motion By: PETERSEN Second By: ERICSON
the City Council has reviewed the recommendation received by the City Manager for
salary adjustments and benefits for nonunion employees for the year 2001.
Now THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Prior Lake that the following are
hereby adopted:
1. The Finance Director and Assistant CitY Manager salary ranges shall be increased by 3% for the
year 2000 and 2.75% for the year 2001.
The Accounting Supervisor and Executive Secretary salary ranges shall be increased by 2.75% for
2000 and 2.5% for 2001.
The Summary Evaluation of Overall Performance matrix is approved and implemented as
recommended by the City Manager.
The City's contribution for health insurance shall be $435 for 2000 and $470 for 2001.
The term life insurance shall be increased from $40,000 to $50,000 commencing January 1, 2001.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 16TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 2000.
