BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR L AKE, SCOTT COUNTY MINNESOTA, that it is
hereby found, determined and declared that the election held in and for said City on November 2, 2010 was in all respects
duly and legally called and held and the returns thereof have been duly canvassed, and the vot es cast at said election for the
following office were as follows:
