AGENDA ITEM: PRESENTATION BY A YOR HAUGEN RECOGNIZING THE
ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF PRIOR LAKE HIGH SCHOOL TEAMS.
PRESENTATION: The three national championships won by the University of Minnesota teams
(Men's Hockey, Wrestling, Men's Golf) have received considerable media
attention. What receives far less attention but is likely more important to Prior
Lake residents is the level of excellence achieved by the student athletes of our
Prior Lake / Savage High School.
During the spring "season", the accomplishments of four Prior Lake High School
teams deserve our recognition and praise. The coaches of each team will review
their State Tourney accomplishments and acknowledge each team member.
Synchronized Swimming: Head Coach Katy Bohnsack, Asst. Coach Chris
Kemper, Asst. Coach Katy Rieppel, Monica Anderson, Carolynn Black, Anne
Bohnsack, Nicole Dickenson, Cassie Grenz, Sabrina Hawkinson, Colleen
Kennedy, Erin Kennedy, Andrea Klingbeil, Erin Lannon, Paige Mika, Anika
Mikkelson, Leah Milberger, Jacqueline Morales, Bethany Norman, Bryn Olson,
Jennifer Rients, Jenny Robin, Amanda Simpson, Stephanie Tronstad, Emily
Ufken, Adrienne Widener.
Tennis: Head Coach Jim Miller, Mike Gilbert, Tom Gilbert
Golf: Head Coach Mary Young, Kelsey Onkka

To all our State Tournament participants, THANK YOU for representing Prior
Lake so capably before the metropolitan and State community. We are proud of
each and every one of you!
