HomeMy WebLinkAbout11-133 Hickory Shores 2nd Addn Final Plat 4646 Dakota Street SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 RESOLUTION 11 - 133 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT OF “ HICKORY SHORES 2 ADDITION ” AND ND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT AND SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO RELEASE OF THE FINAL PLAT. Motion By: Erickson Second By: Keeney WHEREAS, O n September 17, 2006 , the City Council approved the preliminary plat known as Hickory Shores 2 Addition , subject to condi tions identified by Resolution 11 - 125 ; and nd WHEREAS, The City Council has found that the final plat of “ Hickory Shores 2 Addition” is in sub stantial nd compliance with the approved preliminary plat for Hickory Shores 2 Addition . nd NOW THEREFORE , BE IT HEREBY RESOLVE D BY THE CITY COUNCI L OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA as follows: 1. The recitals set forth above are incorporated herein as if fully set fo rth. 2. The final plat of “ Hickory Shores 2 Addition ” is approved subject to the following conditions, which nd shall be met prior to release of and recording of the final plat: a. A current title opinion or commitment of title insurance is submitted acceptable t o the City Attorney. b. Payment of all fees prior to release of the final plat mylars. c. Reductions of the entire final plat be submitted, to the following scales: 1” = 200’; and one reduction at no scale which fits onto an 81/2” x 11” sheet of paper. d. Three myl ar sets of the final plat with all required signatures are submitted. e. The developer provides financial security, acceptable to the City Engineer prior to release of the final plat mylars. f. The final plat and all pertinent documents must be filed with Scott County within 6 0 days from the date of final plat approval. Failure to record the documents by January 7 , 201 2 , will render the final plat null and void. g. Drainage and utility easements dedicated across Lot 20 and 39, Block 1, HICKORY SHORES must be vacate d prior to recording of the final plat . 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 7 DAY OF NOVEMBER , 201 1 .
