The City Staff and Council recognition of the valuable tool f Tax Increment Financing was a vital consideration to the success of the Lakefront Plaza project. The project would not have come to be with out the use of TIF. Special thanks to both Mayor's Jack Hau en, Wes Mader and Council members, Gundlach ,Ericson, Petersen, Zieska, and LeMair for their part in eshaping the City.
