SJOBERG AND THELMA T. SJOBERG AND THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE Dated June 2 , 1986 This supplement to the easement shall encompass some of the provisions and understandings between the parties relating to the proposed construct- ion of a sanitary sewer line running parallel with and on the north side of the existing residence located at 4841 Beach Street N.E., Prior Lake, MN 55372. The additional provisions which are intended to control the location of the sanitary sewer line and future construction of an addit- ion to the residence on the north side include the following: 1. The sanitary sewer pipe running parallel with the north side of the residence shall be installed in an eight inch casing over which construct- ion of an addition to the residence shall be permitted including the installation of a basement and concrete basement floor over the sanitary sewer pipe. 2. It is understood that the sewer line will be located in elevation low enough to allow the construction of an addition including a basement for the entire width of the property with approximately five foot setbacks from each of the east and west property lines. The proposed basement of the addition may incl a floor with . J include a � �VVr :'ri i.11 elevation at the same level as the existing basement floor with the footings cross- ing the center sewer pipe perpendicularily and with the understanding that the east -west footings running parallel with the center sewer pipe shall be at least two feet north of the center of the sanitary sewer pipe. � • 3. It is also understood that the footings on the proposed addition paral- lel with the sewer pipe shall be installed at a lower elevation than the pipe and shall not cause stress to the sewer pipe.
