CUP Conditions · Quasi-judicial review and decision. · Conditions imposed are to prevent damage to the community and adjacent land owners. · Conditions may affect all aspects of the operation. · City may required LOC to insure conditions imposed and completions of the work as approved. Consistent with intent and purpose of Zoning Ordinance and Use District. Use will not have undue adverse impacts on governmental facilities, services, or improvements existing or proposed. After reviewing resources and application, staff was comfortable proceeding with internal review. EAW may be required as a condition on a CUP by the City Council to determine If the project has potential environmental impacts (discretionary). EAW may be required by the EQB upon submittal of petition from 25 or more persons. EAW Review No project standards or criteria set forth in EAW requirements (unlike the Zoning Ordinance).
