HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-096 Lakefront Plaza CIC 4646 Dakota S treet SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 RESOLUTION 12 - 096 RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE C OMMON INTEREST COMMUNITY NUMBER 1121 (LAKEFRONT PLAZA CONDOMINIUM) CIC PLAT MOTION BY: Hedberg SECOND BY: Soukup WHEREAS, On July 7, 2003 the City Council approved the Common Interest C ommun ity Number 1121 (Lakef ront Plaza Condominium) CIC Plat; WHEREAS, The proposed CIC amendment includes the division of the ground - floor commercial Unit 110 of 5,684 square feet into two separate units, 110A and 110B; and WHEREAS, The City Counc il has found the 1 Amendment to the Common Interest Community (CIC) st Number 1121 is in substantial compliance with the approved CIC Plat 1121; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, that: 1. The above recitals are fully incorpora ted herein as set forth above. 2. The amendment to the CIC plat must be filed with the Scott County Recorder’s Office within 60 days from the date of City Council approval. Failure to record the documents by August 18, 2012 will render the CIC plat null and void. 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the 1 Amendment to the CIC Plat Number st 1121 on behalf of the City. PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 18 DAY OF JUNE , 20 12 .
