HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-111 Fountain Hills CIC 4646 Dakota Street SE Prior Lake, MN 55372 RESOLUTION 12 - 111 RESOLUTION APPROVING T HE C OMMO N INTEREST COMMUNITY NUMBER 1196 (FOUNTAIN HILLS BUSINESS PARK ASSOCIATION ) CIC PLAT MOTION BY: Hedberg SECOND BY: Keeney WHEREAS, Chase Commercial Properties, LLC has applied to the City of Prior to subdivide commercial office property located on Fountain Hills Drive as a Common Interest Community (CIC) Plat; and WHEREAS, The building proposed to the be subdivided into a CIC plat is located on an existing platted lot known as Lot 1, Block 2, Fou ntain Hills Addition ; and WHEREAS, The City Council has found the Common Interest Community (CIC) Number 11 96 is in substantial compliance with the existing building and does not change the site plan ; and WHEREAS, The City Council hereby approves t he Common Inte rest Community (CIC) Number 1196. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE, that: 1. The above recitals are fully incorporated herein as set forth above. 2. The amendment to the CIC plat must be filed by the owner/applican t with the Scott County Recorder’s Office within 60 days from the date of City Coucil approval. Failure to r ecord the documents by September 23, 2012 will render the CIC plat null and void. 3. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized to execute the C IC Plat on behalf of the City.
