Re: Gross 18-acre parcel, Prior Lake
Dear Mayar and Members of the City Council:
As you may know, I am the owner of 18 acres of land lying between Anna Trail and Pleasant
Street in the City of Prior Lake. I have reviewed the preliminary plans which have been
proposed for extending Arcadia Avenue South through my land and connecting through the
Digger's property with Highway 13.
I am in favor of Concept 9C but it seems Preliminary Design Concept 6 would also be
acceptable. In either instance, I would be in favor of a full lighted intersection at Highway 13
and Franklin Trail.
My land was purchased for investment in 1976. I am willing to entertain offers by interested
developers and prospective users concerning the resultant parcels after construction of the new
road.
