Dear Mayor Hedberg and Members of City Council,
I am writing to you to express my support for the proposed concept 9c. This proposed plan affords
opportunity for the future expansion of commercial and retail business in Prior Lake.
As a community banker with a vision for growth and opportunity and a passion for the success of the
community of which we have served since 1909, it becomes imperative that we join together in
promoting every opportunity to grow our local economy.
This plan becomes even more exciting with the potential of a lighted intersection at Highway 13 and
Franklin Trail. A lighted intersection at this location is absolutely necessary since it will attract those
retailers that wouldn't otherwise consider this location and it also eliminates several safety concerns.
I feel that this proposal is extremely important for the future growth of small business in Prior Lake and
will establish a path way for further retail development.
This plan promotes the beginning of what will be the future of retail growth in our city.
