Hi Bob,
Attached is the compliance inspection for Charles Maas, which was found to be in compliance. He told me he
planned to put a garage W /NW of his house. If that is the case, then Scott County is okay with Prior Lake signing
off on the permit. If at any time he plans to build east of the house, then we would like to see the plans (to
make sure he has enough room for a future septic). That is less of a concern if he ends up combining the 2 acres
where the house is with the 13 acres to the south, because then he should have plenty of room since he has at
least some sandy soils there.
