Scope of work
Purposed Plan -
1. Remove L shaped kitchen wall to open up floor plan.
2. Add Kitchen island.
3. Remove bedroom 1 wall and relocate door to add space to room.
4. Add french doors between bedroom 1 and bedroom 2.
5. Add wall in bedroom 2 to create master closet /master bathroom.
6. Remove doorway in bedroom 2.
7. Remodel bath 1 to be large shower.
8. Relocate Vanity /toilet on wall opposite bath 2 for master bathroom.
Notes: Homeowner will do all work except pluming and any electrical
work. Can lighting may be added by licensed electrician.
