Setup at site. Seam work areas and make sure of adequate Fall Protection!!!!
Vacuum offal/ ballast rock.
Tear off existing membrane only down to existing insulation.
INSULATION
Fasten a' 'A" Wood Fiberboard into steel deck in an I-60 pattern
Install a top layer of 1R" High Density Woodfiber Insulation over the existing insulation using hot asphalt in a unifaa=n mopping of not Tess than
25 pounds per square. Stagger, offset and tightly butt all insulation joints.
Install crickets per tapered drawing, set in hot asphalt:
CARPENTRY
Install additional wood blocking at perimeter cant edge to maintain flashing height.
BulId expansion joint between new roofand old EPDM roof Install a 4' wide cricket on EPDM side shown on plans to aid the flow of water
along with a scupper through the expansion joint
ROOFING
Install three plies of Garland HPR Glasfelt in Type III asphalt. Interply moppings to average 25 pounds per square. FM approver: and UL
classified
Apply a Layer of Garland Stressply "E" Modified in a solid mopping of Type III asphalt at a rate of25 pounds per square. Over Modified install a
flood coat of 60lbs per square of Type III asphalt and embed 450-500 lbs gravel.
Install two ply base flasbings consisting of one ply ofHPR Glasfelt and one layer of StresspIy "EUV" Mineral Modified at all perimeter,
mechanical units, skids and expansion joint details in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations.
SHEET METAL —BY CENTRAL SIIEETMETAL
• Replace all sheet metal ilachings with new in matching color.
