Dear Brian:
On Thursday, July 26 Stonebrooke Engineering performed a survey to mark the south line of the above
described property which is located at 14538 Surrey Lane NE, Prior Lake, MN.
An iron pipe was found marking the southeast corner of the property which is adjacent to Surrey Lane and its
location was verified to be correct. A'' /2" iron pipe with a survey cap was set at the southwest corner of the
property and along the south property line near the area where the deck is being constructed.
I hereby certify that the survey was performed under my direct supervision and that I am a duly licensed
surveyor under the laws of the state of Minnesota.
