While conducting a site visit it was noticed that the fence is installed in the sight triangle. Please remove the fencing and posts that are blocking the traffic visibility. I have scheduled a follow up inspection for 10/8/2012. City of Prior Lake Zoning Ordinance (1101.506) Traffic Visibility (1) Fences are prohibited in the 50 -foot sight triangle, the public right -of -way, drainage and utility easements if drainage and /or utilities are impacted. This letter will serve as an amendment to the Zoning Compliance Permit 12.29. The City of Prior Lake appreciates your cooperation in this matter.
