RE: CentexlO'Loughlin Parcel
Centex is considering development ofthe south half ofthe O'Loughlin parcel,
located on the west side of CSAH 83, approximately ~ mile south of CSAH 42.
They have submitted the attached concept plan, and would like to present this
plan to the Planning Commission on December 11,2000.
Please review the plan and let me know your comments. I would appreciate any
input by Wednesday, December 6,2000, so I can decide if they should be on the
agenda.

housing market. Cavco is the largest producer of
manufactured housing in Arizona and New Mexico

of park model vacation homes. The Cavco Retail

HOME SERVICES.Centex HomeTea.m Services. provides unique packages of
ongoing services for the completed home, including pest control services,
security systems and monitoring, and lawn treatments. .
INVESTMENT REAL ESTATE.Centex's Investment Real Estate division includes
Centex Development Company, a prominent land developer with a portfolio of
strategically located land zoned or planned for residential, office, industrial and
retail uses.
Centex Multi-Family Company is engaged in the development of multi-family
residential projects.
FINANCIAL SERVICES. The Centex Financial Services Group includes CTX
Mortgage Comoany. one of the nation's largest non-bank-affiliated retail
mortgage companies. CTX has more than 250 offices across the nation and
originated $10.1 billion in loans in fiscal 1999.
Centex Home Equity Corporation offers credit-
friendly mortgages and home equity loans directly
to borrowers and indirectly through mortgage

CONTRACTING ANO CONSTRUCTION SERVICES.Centex's Contracting and Construction
Services division operates under the name of Centex Construction GrouQ...1r:lQ,.
The Group consistently ranks among the top five commercial contractors In the
United States and also is one of the largest healthcare facility construction firms
in the nation. To date, the Group has completed approximately $21 billion of
projects in both the public and private sectors, including some of the country's
