ITE II - STEVEN & KIEBEHLY NIOSI VARIANCE REQUEST
Mr. Niosi commented that they would like to build a 36 X 50 foot permanent hone
on a narrow lot in North Grainwood in Prior Lake. They like the Prior Lake
environment and want their family raised here. All the haws in the area are
closer to the lake than their proposal, therefore, the view of the lake would
not be obstructed by the hone or deck. Due to the layout of the lot, a variance
would be needed to acM a 6 foot deck to the lakeshore side. The adjacent 20 feet
to the north would be purchased by the Niosi's if the other abutting neighbor to
the north of the property does not purchase it.
ssistant City Planner Gsrross commented per memo dated September 15, 1988.
l a Planning Cemmissionners discussed the proposal regarding lot remnants,
enrage ratio, roadway, access, easements, history of the lot, and neighborhood
d ings.
