Thorkelson made a motion to approve the minutes as amended, seconded by Jobst and upon a vote taken was duly passed. First item on the agenda was a variance request. for Mr. Len Grassini. Jobst questioned whether the lot line was the real lot line or the high level mark. A. motion was made by Thorkelson to approve the variance as requested, seconded by Burns and upon a vote taken it was dilly passed. The sign ordinance was reviewed and after some revising, was ready to be typed up as a. final draft. It was decided that the City Staff will assign the fees for signs. Motion was made by Thorkelson to approve the amended ordinance, seconded. by Houts, upon a vote taken, it was duly passed. Motion was made by Jobst to ad. the Planning Commission Meeting and start the Greenbriar PUD Public Hearing. The Planning Commission meeting to be conti.nU.ed. Greenbriar PUD Public Hearing was called to .order at 8 :40 P.M..Chairman - Bissonett gave a brief presentation on the last. Public Hearing and brought everyone up to date on the questions from the previous meeting. The meeting was thpn opened to the public. Earl Evans wanted to know where the figures for the amount of school. age children were obtained. Mr. Ed Birdsong stated he thought this was the responsibil` of the school board. The second question was the drainage problem. It was decided that Mr. David McGuire was in charoa of this and he woul take care of It. The third question was the acoaso and egress to the PUD. Mr. Ray Bang stated that he was satisfied with the engineers point of view. �Mr. Lawrence Sohvreich stated he would like to have his engineer present when the engi of Greenbriar PUD plans the road near Mr. Schweich'= property, Tho ^kelson made a. motion to approve the outline plan with these stipulations: 1. That Mr. Lawrence Srhweich's engineer and Mr. McGuires engineer work t.cgethe on some kind of access from the east. P. For every apartment unit built. there must be a single family dwelling 7. That. setback requirements be changed to 25 feet, for corner lots. 11. On -n spaces have to meet final approval = -.rith the Park Board. �. That the road on the west be moved up to tie with Brooksville Hills. That road a—ess be provided from the five acre exceptions to the high density area on the east. Motic - , was seconded by Busse and upon a vote taken. Burns, Houts, Bissonett, Busse and Thorkel.son voted for +,he motion, and Jobst voted against, Motion was duly nassPd. Motion was made by Thorkelson to ad,iourn the meeting at 10:15, seconded by Burns and meeting was duly adjourned, �x
