PRIOR LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION - Minutes for January 17 1974
The meeting was called to order at 7:35 P.M. Members present were Chairman Dan Stack,
Members Bill Bissonett, Pat Walker, Walter Jobst, and Councilman Tom Watkins.
The minutes for the previous meeting were read and approved. In the future all minutes
should be typed the day following the meeting.
Charles Tooker was present in regards to the Subdivision Ordinance. After considerable
discussion it was decided that further discussion on the ordinance was to be scheduled
for the January 31, 1974 meeting.
Iry Humphrey appeared before the Planning Commission requesting a permit for a boat house.
Action was tabled until the January 31, 1974 Planning Commission meeting.
Elections for the Planning Commission will be held at the January 31, 1974 meeting
Motion was made by Walker, Seconded by Jobst to adjourn.

PRIOR LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION - Minutes of January 3, 1974
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. Members present were Chairman Dan Stack,
Bill Bissonett, Pat Walker, Walter Jobst and Councilman Tom Watkins.
The minutes of December 13, 1973 were approved as read.
In regard to the Manfred Schwermann property, Dan Stack read the letter from City Attorney,
Mark Sullivan (letter attached).
Pat Walker made the motion that the variance be approved, subject to R1 limitations with
no further variances of setbacks to be requested and the variance to be good for up to 24
months. The motion was seconded by Bill Bissonett, motion carried.
The Commission considered Mr. Humphreys request for variance for a boat house. Walter
Jobst made the motion to table the request until the proper forms and lot drawings are
submitted and until the City Engineer would make a recommendation regarding sewer easements
Seconded by Bill Bissonett, motion carried.
Tom Watkins reminded the Commission that Walter Jobst's and Dan Stackts terms officially
ended December 31, 1973 and asked that they serve at least to the completion of the
Subdivision Ordinance (they agreed).
The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
Next meeting will be held January 17, 1974 @ 7:30 P.M.
