PRIOR LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION - Minutes of December 14, 1973
The meeting was called to order at 7:40 P.M. by Chairmai Dan Stack. Commissioners
present were Dan Stack, Pat Walker, Luis Tercero, Bill Bissonett, Walter Jobst and
Councilman Tom Watkins.
The matter of Manfred Schwermann was again tabled pending the Village Attorney's
opinion due to be made at the Council meeting on Monday, December 17, 1973.
Walter Stock gave a presentation on Jack Oakes' meeting with the Metro Council,
regarding the Prior Lake sewer interceptor and it's potential of being run through
Savage.
A letter was submitted by LeRoy Horn. He advocates a go -slow approach to planning
including a No- Growth Ordinance modeled after the Credit River Homeowners Association.
Charles Tooker's rough draft of the Subdivision Ordinance was diucussed. The Commission
will.study it and discuss it with Mr. Tooker at the next meeting.
Mrs. Stephan Bock of the Willows 3rd Addition requested a variance for a dance studio
in her home. Bill Bissonett made the motion to grant a Conditional permit for 6 months,
subject to review the first meeting in June of 74 and subject to approval by the
Fire Marshal.. Seconded by Walter Jobst the motion carried.
The minutes of November 15, 1973 were approved as published.
The minutes of November 29, 1973 were approved with 2 corrections (spelling of Bock and
change of word engineer to surveyor).
The meeting was adjourned at 9:38 P.M.
