Charles Tooker.
Mir Tooker reviewed, with the commission, several maps he has done
for the village or. water %c wetlands, soils, existing land use, and
suggested zoning uses.
The minutes to the previous commission meeting were read and
approved.
A document that 6ir. Tooker prepared for the commission as reprds
Village and Township Plans and Planning Principles was reviewed
and discussed as it relates to specific areas of the community.
A plat plan on Oakridge Court property {former Eward property
on the south side of Prior Lake, Section 30, N.E. 4) was presented
to the commission for study for future consideration.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.V.

The regular mmating of `ho Prior lake rlanntng Conmi;slon was called
to order at 700 P.M. by Chairman 'Walter Jobst.
Commissioners present; Pill Eissonott Luis Tercero Malt Jobst,
Harriet Hansom Councilmen Don Busse, tom Watkins, Village Planner
Charles Tooker, Mayor Walter Stock,
Mayor Stock and Councilman 'Wati: ins advised the commission of the
Village's hiring of Mr. Francis Doyle as Village Independent Sewer
and water Systems Inspector. His function will be to set up and
govern building permit proceedures.
The commissioners discussed a form to be used for a check list for
items to be considered when the commission reviews proposed variances
and developements. It was decided to postpone action on one until
Mr. Doyle can give his views on the subject.
Mayor Stock introduced, for the record, a revised easement map as
approved by the Village Council Dec. if, 1972, on Hidden 0eks, Ist
Add 1n.
The meeting was turned over to Mr. Tooker, and he and the commission
completed the step by step review of the revised village ordinances.
fir Tooker submitted a partial bill in the amount of $500.00 for
services rendered. The commission recommended approval of the
UK bill to the Village Council.
The Meeting was adjourned at 9 ;30 P.M.
