The minute to the nrevious meetinq were read and approved.
PUSIt:F_SS: A sample memorandum form was introduced as a possible format
of information required of planners, dev "aloners, ect., when they wish
to present a project to the plannino commission. It was agreed that
the commission secretary will aquire a Scott County form for these
purposes and work on a consolidation of that document and the above
ref. memorandum for the ptanninq commission to use as a guide and for
distribution to any person who desires to make an appointment with the
planning commission. It was farther sungested that a iot or plat
information sheet be developed to be filled in by developers prior to
commission meetings.
Mr. Doyle Kraehling presented a utilities plan of his Oakwood Hills
second — addit n and requested approval to run utility easements for
eleven lots from seven existing stub -ins from the street. There 'is
existing twelve feet of easement remaining beyond the paved sulPface.
It was suggested to add ten feet of utility easement to the road ease-
ment. Further discussion dentered on the 5' park land and it's low'
grade line. O,r. Kraehlinq agreed to bring the park land up to correct
drainage level for the existing catch basin. 'motion was made and passed
to recommend the approval of the above mentioned plat subject to the
additional ten feet of utility easement and Mr. Kraehling bringing,;
the park area up to the above ref, grade.
Mr. Frank Wicker representing Mr. Emmet Knox re. a twenty five
ptat,RWW R.L.S. 113,. from Prior Lake Viliege Engineer, Mr. Wm.
A preliminary layout plan was presented on a complete Planned U
Developement. The project consists of: all townhouses, 92 unit
1,100 - 1,100 sq. ft. each, 10,0(',() sq. ft. of land per unit, exis

Commissioners s pecialties : The subject of each pianninq commissior
being assigned a specialty f ield to act as advisor to the commissil
on was discussed. It is to be noted that the people assigned then
specialty fields are NOT the village officials on their specialty,
are the person the commission will refer to for opinions snould
decisions on that subject be required. The specialty assignments
