Personnel Notes: 1) Traffic stops are down a little and can most likely be attributable to the fact that we were short two officers on patrol in February — one due to a work related wrist injury and the second recovering from foot surgery. 2) Officer Todd Deming has resigned his position with the department effective March 29` Todd has accepted a position with the Albert Lea Police Department. 3) One of our secretaries, Meghan Poundstone, has submitted her resignation. 4) Our Community Service Officer positions are currently vacant. One of them was promoted to Police Officer and is currently in training. The second has accepted a full time position Public Works. Robbery was a reported home invasion near 13 and Duluth and is an active investigation.
