A RESOLUTION REMOVING OUTLOTS B, C and D OF JEFFERSON POND FIRST
ADDITION, AND SHEPHERDS PATH ADDITION FROM THE STUDY ORDERED BY
RESOLUTION 13-027

WHEREAS,
the City of Prior Lake adopted Resolution 13-027 on March 11, 2013 which
authorized a study to be conducted to determine what amendments to the
Comprehensive Plan and City Code would be required to deal effectively with the
development and subdivision of property along the County Highway 42 corridor
in the City of Prior Lake as further described in said Resoluton.
WHEREAS,
the Owners of Outlots B, C and D, Jeffers Pond First Addition, and the Owners
of Shepherds Path Addition have requested that said property be removed from
the scope of Ordinance 113-05.
WHEREAS,
if the property is removed from the scope of Ordinance 113-05 it is necessary to
remove Outlots B, C, and D of Jeffers Pond First Addition, and to remove
Shepherds Path Addition from the scope of the study authorized by Resolution
13-027.
NOWTHEREFOREBE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF PRIOR LAKE,
,
MINNESOTA
as follows:
Outlot B, C and D of Jeffers Pond First Additon, and Shepherds Path Addition are hereby
removed from the study authorized by Resolution 13-027.
