The property is located on the north end of Lower Prior Lake off of Watersedge Trail. B. DEV-2013-1010 Welcome Avenue Stormwater Pond Variance. The City of Prior Lake is requesting a variance to allow grading and vegetation removal within a bluff impact zone for construction of a storm water pond in the I-1 (General Industrial) Zoning District.
