MN 55372 `�jNrvESO��' CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT MEETING DATE: MAY 13, 2013 AGENDA #: 7A PREPARED BY: JERILYN ERICKSON, FINANCE DIRECTOR PRESENTED BY: JERILYN ERICKSON AGENDA ITEM: ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) SOFTWARE CONSULTANT PRESENTATION (BERRYDUNN) DISCUSSION: Introduction The purpose of this agenda item is to provide the Council an opportunity to meet the representatives from the firm of Berry Dunn McNeil and Parker, LLC, (Ber- ryDunn) which were hired to provide professional services for selecting ERP soft- ware. Historv The City Council approved Resolution #13-044 on April 8, 2013 which authorized the Mayor and City Manager to enter into an agreement with Berry Dunn McNeil and Parker, LLC. Current Circumstances BerryDunn representatives, the Mayor and City Manager and City staff will be par- ticipating in a project kickoff session and fact-finding sessions during the week of May 13. I have attached a copy of the schedule for your reference. Conclusion BerryDunn will make a brief presentation to the City Council and will be available to answer any questions.
