The incident case reports listed are just a sampling of the 24 crime index categories included in the
Uniform Crime Report and therefore the totals of the selected categories will not add up to the total
number of incidents shown on the last line above.
Personnel Notes: 1) Traffic stops are down a little and can most likely be attributable to the fact that we
were short two officers on patrol in March — one due to a work related wrist injury and the second,
Officer Todd Deming resigned his position with the department effective March 29 2) We were able
to fill the vacancies we had in our police transcriptionist position and our two Community Service
Officers. 3) We will be interviewing four candidates for the police officer opening for a second time the
week of May 2p
The increase in traffic accidents is mainly attributable to the snow events and the number of vehicles
that lost control and went off the road.
