Construction is proposed over 2 existing properties (PID 25- 036 -007 -0 & 25- 036 - 007 -1). Properties should be combined under one PID record and then submit records identifying parcels have been combined into one single parcel with new PID number. 2. 50 foot lake setback variance was granted from the 75 foot lake setback requirement - Resolution 12 -01PC. 3. Mr. Bob Hutchins: On October 23, 2012, our firm measured elevations on the foundation walls for the residence being constructed at 15287 Fairbanks Trail N.E. and we have determined the following matters of fact regarding the foundation as existing on this date. The top of foundation at the garage door opening was measured to be 912.26 feet. When you take into consideration that a 4" (0.33 -foot) garage slab will be set on top of the foundation at this point, a calculated garage floor elevation will be 912.59 feet for the finished floor elevation. The proposed elevation shown on the survey by our firm is also 912.59 feet. The top of foundation at the southeasterly corner of the structure is measured to be 913.63 feet. The plans indicate that the top of foundation at this point should be equivalent to the top of finish floor for the lowest floor as this is a slab on grade structure. Thus, the measured lowest floor elevation is 913.63 feet for the finished floor elevation. The proposed elevation for this floor was shown on our survey to be 913.67 feet. Both elevations exceed the elevation of 909.9 feet required by the City of Prior Lake.
