BACKGROUND:
Dee has worked for the City of Prior Lake since
December 18, 1986. During this time she has worked in
the capacity of Secretary to the City Manager and to the
City Council. The position has called upon Dee to be a
high production typist, public relations expert, official
record keeper, psychologist to many and trusted advisor
to the City Council and City Manager.
Dee has worked for four City Managers, including Mike
McGuire, Dave Unmacht, (Acting City Manager Kay
Kuhlman) and myself. Dee has seen a lot of change both
within the organization and within the City. Her
contributions to the community are many. Her work for
each of the city managers and council members is very
much appreciated and will be greatly missed.
The Mayor will present a crystal bowl to Dee m
recognition of her many accomplishments.
