Prior Lake MN Dear Steve: Regarding the ventilation requirements for this project, our original design was based on (25) people in each of the four (4) studios, providing ten (10) CFM of fresh air per person. As per our conversation an 12/29/11, the occupancy per studio has changed: Studio One (1), 38 people; Studio Two (2), 35 people; and Studio Three (3), a total of 63 people. This increases fresh air quantity 360 CFM. We recommend adding a ten (10) inch round insulated fresh air duct connected to the new 16" X 16" fresh air duct. Provide a new eight (8) KW electric heat coil in the new ten (10) inch round fresh air duct, heater to have two (2) steps of heat air proving switch, discharge stat. Provide four (4) new six (6) inch round insulated duct connections to the new ten (10) inch round duct, connect each duct to four (4) furnace returns. Bob and Jeff, Center Stage Dance: Here is the schedule for the Dance School. They are coming from a building in Savage (see Photo) that the owner needed there space for his own use. They have been doing this for quite some time and the business model is not changing. Just getting new "Digs ". They do not have competitions or recitals on site. Time is of the essence as they need to move and be ready for business after Christmas. Safe Step: They also has an office in Savage and wants to upgrade his Company image. This office has support staff for workers that do work at existing hotels around the country. It is my understanding that he doesn't have materials that need special handling. He will get you a letter as to the details. I did my homework on these companies to make sure that there business will function at this location as needed, without causing issues for other tenants, the owner(me), or the City of Prior Lake. Also, would like information for the Center Stage Dance Studio, such as hours of operation and the number of proposed classes. Would they have a brochure on the type of activities that take place?
