We provide our clients including Hilton's, Hyatt's, Marriott's our signature paint free bathtub safety service, our premium bottom coat and our complete bathtub refinish. Safe Step has 53 employees and we complete our services on typically 6,000 and 7,000 bathtubs a month with our crews based out of MN, TX, CA, IN, CO or NY. In the Prior Lake office we will have between about 15 - 17 sales, administration and operations support personal. We currently use our warehouse to store and ship out our paint free treatment and neutralizer (both detergents) and the many supplies (sandpaper, tape, empty jugs) and tools (sanders, refinishing sprayers, drills) we use for all three of our services. We ship all of our paint directly from the manufacture in Chicago to each of our hotel clients. Excess paint is then stored at our remote warehouses in Austin, TX; Ontario, CA; Fort Wayne, IN; Denver, CO; New York, NY or most often catalyzed and disposed of at the hotel client. We would like to store the paint and stripper products (less than 60 gallons at any one time) in this Prior Lake warehouse in a paint fire container. Our goal with these products is to turn them around quickly and ship them to the next job. We do absolutely no testing or spraying with our paint products at our current warehouse and will not do this at the Prior Lake warehouse. thank you, mark wallskog president 1 safe step, inc 1 phone 952 229 -8282 Ifax 952 229 -8284 Safe Step "OVER 1,500 HOTELS & 250,000 BATHTUBS SINCE 2001" W Ww. safestep.com This communication contains information from Safe Step, Inc. that may be confidential.
