The following comment(s) outline the changes and/or additional information that must be submitted so that we can further evaluate the plans and specifications for compliance with the above- standards of department: e of this 1. The plumbing plans were reviewed for this project and it has been determined that the submitted fee payment is incorrect. The plans show six water closets, five lavatories, one kitchen sink, one urinal, and four 2 -inch floor drains. These fixtures provide a total of 54 drainage fixture units, which results in a $350 Plumbing System Review Fee. An accelerated plan review was requested, which doubles the fee to $700. Since a fee payment of $300 has already been submitted for this project, please provide a $400 check or money order to account for the balance of the review fee. 2. Provide water riser diagrams for the new plumbing. All new plumbing fixtures, equipment connected to the plumbing system, and pipe sizes must be identified on the diagrams. The project submittal included only waste and vent riser diagrams. 3. Provide a floor plan showing the location of all plumbing fixtures, horizontal waste piping, and all ' sizes in Unit D. The floor plan provided for the Dance Studio was readable, but the floor plan showing other areas of the building was too small and unreadable. g pipe 4. Provide information on the pipe materials to be used for the plumbing system. Include the type and al' standard (e.g. ASTM, ANSI, etc.) for the pipe materials. 5. Provide a fixture list which includes the manufacturer and model number of each plumbing fixture. q tty 6. Indicate whether any of the fixtures shown on the waste and vent riser diagram are existing fixtures. It appears that the Women's Room fixtures may be the only new fixtures in the Dance Studio, but the plumbing plans show all fixtures and none are indicated as existing fixtures. Please submit the requested information promptly so we may complete our plan review. No construction related to the above - referenced plans shall begin until approval is provided by our office. When submitting additional information, please refer to Plan No. PLB 12 01- 00007. If you have any questions, contact me at 651/284 -580 Sincerely, 3 Scott Sawyer, P.E.
