I am in the process of application for permit with the city of Prior Lake related to a commercial build -out and remodel. The city of Prior Lake is requesting a SAC determination with the changes being made to the building. The building is located at 4385 Fountain Hill Dr. The original owner was Wensmann Homes. My question is, is it possible to look up the original determination that was done at the time the building was constructed to see just how many SAC fee's where included in the original plans Any help would be greatly appreciated. 2 Kevin Ciancanelli To: Cappaert, Karon Subject: RE: SAC Determination 4385 Fountain Hills Dr. From: Cappaert, Karon mailto:Karon.C ert(a>metc.state.mn.usl Sent: Monday, November 07, 2011 10:10 AM To: Kevin Ciancanelli Subject: RE: SAC Determination 4385 Fountain Hills Dr. Kevin, The original building paid SAC at 26% retail, 50% office and 24% warehouse use. To estimate the SAC for your use you would do the following: sq. ft office @ 2400 sq ft/SAC = sq. ft. of showroom @ 3000 sq ft/SAC = sq. ft. of warehouse @ 7000 sq ft/SAC = Total SAC Charge = Credit would be total sq ft of space x .26/3000= total sq ft of space x .50/2400= total sq ft of space x .24/7000= Total credit = Subtract credit from charge and round to the nearest whole number. If you have a different use than office /showroom /warehouse let me know.
