HomeMy WebLinkAbout95-87 RESOLUTION 95-87 RESOLUTION OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE THE FINAL PLAT OF "CARDINAL RIDGE THIRD ADDITION" AND DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT AND SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO RELEASE OF THE FINAL PLAT. MOTION BY: KEDROWSKI SECOND BY: GREENFIELD WHEREAS: the City Council approved the Schematic and Preliminary pun Plan for Cardinal Ridge pun 6-93 on June 7, 1993 via Resolution 93-40; and WHEREAS: the City Council approved the preliminary plat of Cardinal Ridge on June 7, 1993 via Resolution 93-47; and WHEREAS: the City Council found the final plat of "Cardinal Ridge Third Addition" is in substantial compliance with the approved preliminary plat; and WHEREAS: The City Council has approved the final plat of "Cardinal Ridge Third Addition" . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does require the following conditions to be met, prior to release of, and recording of said plat: 1. A current title opinion or Gommitment of title insurance be submitted acceptable to the City Attorney. 2. Fee title to Outlots Band C be given to the City of Prior Lake in a manner acceptable to the City Attorney. 3. The street name of Crossandra Place be changed to Oriole Place and Markley Heights Curve be changed to Victoria Curve on all final plat maps and documents. 4. A sidewalk be installed along the entire length of Crossandra Street as per approved pun plan. 5. Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, Block 1 may utilize one,S' garage side yard setback, provided there is a minimum 15' setback between houses. (as per Cardinal Ridge PUD 6-93 Schematic Plan approval). The front yard setback for all lots adjacent to Crossandra Street, located east of Fish Point Road shall be at least 25' . 7. The developer's agreement, as drafted by the City Engineer, shall be signed and fully executed prior to the release of the final plat. All required fees shall be paid prior to the release of final plat. 8. Reductions of the entire final plat be submitted, to the following scales: 1" = 800'; 1" = 200'; and one reduction at no scale which fits onto an 81/2" x 11" sheet of paper. 9. F our mylar sets of the final plat with all required signatures be submitted. 10. The final plat and all pertinent documents must be filed with Scott County within 60 days from the date of final plat approval. Failure to record the documents by November 5, 1995, will render the final plat null and void. Passed and adopted this 5th day of September, 1995.
