RESOLUTION OF THE PRIOR LAKE CITY COUNCIL SETTING FORm
CONDITIONS TO BE l\fET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR JEFFERSON'S
SECOND ADDITION.

WHEREAS,
the City Council has approved the Final Plat of Iefferson9s Second
Addition;
NOW, THERFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITYCOUNCIL OF PRIOR
LAKE, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does require the following conditions to be
met, prior to release of, and recording of said plat:
1. The plat dedication be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
2. A legal opinion or commitment of title insurance be submitted acceptable to the City
Attorney.
3. No building permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded with Scott
County.
4. Payment of park support fees in accordance with City Policy at time of building pennit.
5. Payment of Street Collector fee in accordance with City Policy before plat is filed and
recorded with Scott County.
6. Submittal of the required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer.
7. Lot 2, Block 1, shall meet all of the requirements of the Zoning Code including the 22 %
coverage ratio and the 30% impervious surface ratio.
