'\ FRANK BOYLES, CITY MANAGER ,,' '~ ~ ,) CONSIDER APPROVAL OF SPECIAL_~ESSMENTS ZAUDTKE FOR PRIOR SOUTH IMPROVEMENTS AUGUST 15, 1994 FOR GERHARD At the July 18 Council meeting, the City Council approved the Prior South Street reconstruction project and assessments. Included with that agenda item was deferment of Special Assessments for Gerhard Zaudtke. This action was overlooked and should be completed as part of the consent agenda. Mr. Zaudtke's application is consistent with the City's requirements for deferral of special assessments. The application is attached. Council has the following alternatives: 1. Approve the deferral request. 2. Deny the request 3. Defer action Approval of Alternative #1. Motion and second to approve this action as part of the consent agenda. The Council's action to approve this deferment will be incorporated into the minutes so that a complete record of approvals regarding Prior South is contained in one set of minutes.
