I ... , NOTICE OF PUBLIC ASSESSMENT HEARING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #95-02 CREEKSIDE CIRCLE OVERLA Y/RECONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT GRADING, STORM SEWER, AGGREGAIE BASE, CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER, BITUMINOUS SURFACING, AND APPURTENANT WORK IN THE CITY OF PRIOR LAKE, SCO II COUNTY, MINNESOTA Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Prior Lake, Minnesota will meet in the Council Chambers at Fire Station No.1, 16776 Fish Point Road, on Monday, the 18th of September, 1995 at 7:45 P.M. to consider the assessment of the installation of grading, storm sewer, aggregate base, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, and appurtenant work for the improvement of the following streets: CREEKSIDE CIRCLE The area proposed to be assessed is every lot, piece, and parcel benefiting from said improvement, whether abutting or not, within the following described areas: Creekside Circle from Trunk Highway 13, north to its terminus within the Jo-Anna Stepka Hi- View 3rd Addition Subdivision in Section 1, Township 114 North, Range 22 West, Scott County, Minnesota. The estimated total of the Assessment roll is $98.200.00. The Council proposes to proceed under the authority granted by Chapter 429 M.S.A. The proposed assessment roll is on file in the City Manager's office and any written or oral objections will be considered at the public hearing. No appeal may be taken as to the amount of any assessment unless a signed, written objection is filed with the City Manager prior to the hearing or presented to the presiding officer at the hearing. An appeal to district court may be made by serving notice upon the Mayor or City Manager within 30 days after adoption of the assessment roll and filing such notice with district court within 10 days after service upon the Mayor or City Manager. A new Public Hearing will be scheduled and new notices mailed and published in the local paper a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the hearing date. The June 12, 1995 bid opening for these projects will be held as scheduled. The City Council will consider awarding the contract for these projects at the June 19, 1995 council meeting.
