There is also an underground cable that cuts across the cul-de-sac that can be cut and retied. R;neemont A venue John said the City could consider relocating the sidewalk on Ridgemont Avenue if relocating the pole is a problem. He also reminded the Contractor that access to the residential area via Ridgemont Avenue must be maintained at all times. He mentioned that the sewer and water stubs will probably stop short of what is shown on the plan. This will be confrrmed with the property owner by the City. We are waiting for pcuuits from the Watershed District, Minnesota Department of Health, and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. TIT 1" Cindy reminded the Contractor that certified payroll must be submitted for this portion of the project. She also stated that hauling to and from the site was only allowed between 9:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. She also mentioned that TH 13 must remain free of dirt. PKOJ~CT hISTORY The City of Prior Lake initiated a street reconstruction program in 1985. To date, four projects have been completed. A fifth project will be completed in 1995. This project was included in both the 1994 and the 1995 Capital Improvement Pro!;J.4Il1. If aVl'roved by the City Council, this project will also be constructed in 1995 in conjunction with Ridgemont Avenue. The City Council approved the feasibility study for this project on December 5, 1994. A public hearing was held on February 6, 1995, and the City Council ordered the preparation of plans. 102/023-2414.apr Ill.
