John said the City could consider relocating the sidewalk on Ridgemont Avenue if
relocating the pole is a problem. He also reminded the Contractor that access to the
residential area via Ridgemont Avenue must be maintained at all times. He mentioned that
the sewer and water stubs will probably stop short of what is shown on the plan. This will
be confrrmed with the property owner by the City.
Tndl1dri~l P~Tk ~tnrm ~P.WP.T
John said the City needs to obtain easements and then get the change order approved by the
City Council prior to the start of construction.

Reminded the Contractor that the Addendum for the project called for an additional sewer
and water service at 15785 Ridgemont Avenue.
We are waiting for pcuuits from the Watershed District, Minnesota Department of Health,
and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.

Cindy reminded the Contractor that certified payroll must be submitted for this portion of
the project. She also stated that hauling to and from the site was only allowed between
9:00 a.m., and 3:00 p.m. She also mentioned that TH 13 must remain free of dirt.

The City of Prior Lake initiated a street reconstruction program in 1985.
To date, four projects have been completed. A fifth project will be
completed in 1995.
This project was included in both the 1994 and the 1995 Capital
Improvement Pro!;J.4Il1. If aVl'roved by the City Council, this project will
also be constructed in 1995 in conjunction with Ridgemont Avenue.
The City Council approved the feasibility study for this project on
December 5, 1994.
A public hearing was held on February 6, 1995, and the City Council
ordered the preparation of plans.
